The newest addition to the Carmel Youth Center is the JRS Theater. Built in the memory of Jeffrey Raymond Sutton, long-time volunteer and dear friend, from gifts donated in his name. Featuring Blu-ray and Surround Sound, the theater seats 40 in velvet chairs which were salvaged from an old theater in Carmel Valley.
The youth center hosts Movie Day every Thursday afternoon, with youth members selecting which movie will be viewed.
